Programs and Services

The Jonathan Fleming Foundation provides housing referrals to clients who are released from prison, providing a safe place to live while rebuilding their lives. We assist clients in returning to previous housing and provide counseling to help with reestablishing healthy and wholesome relationships with love ones, friends and within their community. We also assist in locating temporary housing while assisting in rebuilding lives.

Empty stomachs break concentration and make the future seem impossible. Providing food is essential to building our clients health. We partner with local area food banks to provide nutritious meals for our clients.

Career Services

We provide assistance in locating employment. We also provide our clients with interview training and assist with interview and work attire.

Education Services

If you give a man a fish you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime. Our education program is facilitated by professionals who have rebuilt their lives in the corporate sector. We also assist clients in finding educational resources to complete their GED or enroll in continuing education courses.

Getting to and from a job site is a common challenge for our clients. We provide transportation or transportation stipends for up to 3 months while assisting the client in obtaining his/her license or securing personal transportation to get to and from work. We also provide transportation for doctor’s appointments and health related issues.

We provide clinical and spiritual counseling through licensed practitioners and qualified Chaplains.
